About The Position

The Waste Water Treatment Operator B supports GE Vernova’s Greenville Gas Turbine site by operating and maintaining the wastewater treatment facility, managing hazardous waste systems, and inspecting and operating fire protection systems. The role also performs related duties as needed and supports team objectives by carrying out tasks as directed by the Operations Leader. This is a third-shift WWTP Operator position.

Requirements

Ability to pass all required testing through the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation.
Ability to successfully complete RCRA (hazardous waste) training.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Operate and maintain the Wastewater Treatment Facility on a daily basis.
Manage hazardous waste systems.
Inspect and operate fire protection systems.
