About The Position

A Wastewater Level A Operator understands most of the overall operations and should be able to rebuild all pumps/equipment. This role requires a Level III WW License and at least two years acting in a position of Direct Responsible Charge. The operator will assist in the control of the overall environmental compliance program for the water treatment system, including oversight of all required monitoring and reporting sample results. They will adhere to all safety requirements, operate the Water Treatment system, maintain maintenance schedules, respond to repairs, handle compliance recordkeeping, and perform Process Control lab work.

Requirements

Associate's Degree in Science/Engineering from an accredited college or university or equivalent credit hours in any other curriculum board approved.
4 years of acceptable Operating Experience in Wastewater Facilities of Class II or higher; two years in a position of Direct Responsible Charge.
Level III WW license Required.
Current Wastewater License
Driver's License
2+ to 5 years experience
Minimum Education - Associate's Degree

Nice To Haves

Level A or Masters wastewater license
Open to working the second or third shift.

Responsibilities

Lock out Tag out procedures and Process Safety Management related matters.
