This position is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the onsite waste water treatment facility.

Requirements

  • Work 12 hour shifts, 7 of 14 days each two week pay period.
  • Ability to read prints/schematics/drawings.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mechanical field in an industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Must have computer skills to communicate and process data.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorships are available.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including above the head and below the waist.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and do work on aerial work platforms as needed.
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
  • Must practice good personal hygiene.
  • Candidates must successfully pass a post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen, physical and E-Verify.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in food manufacturing or processing is a plus.
  • Preferred experience with CMMS, L2L, Google Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily preventative maintenance and daily tasks.
  • Collect samples of waste water as scheduled.
  • Perform required testing of samples.
  • Document required data.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns in a timely manner.
  • Operate lifts and material handling equipment as needed.
  • Apply knowledge of occupational hazards and necessary safety precautions applicable to maintenance work.
  • Able to adapt to a fast paced work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
