About The Position

This position is responsible for operating the waste treatment system, including equipment for filtering, chemical treatment, and disposal. The role involves checking system performance regularly, performing routine maintenance and minor repairs, and maintaining accurate logs and records. A key aspect of this role is ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal environmental regulations. The position also requires obtaining and maintaining state-required licensing as needed. Additionally, the role involves leading and participating in teams, developing and implementing processes, and demonstrating a commitment to company policies, ethics, and integrity. Responsibilities

  • Implements action plans aligned with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Operates the waste treatment system, including equipment for filtering, chemical treatment, and disposal.
  • Checks system performance regularly, including flow rates, chemical levels, and equipment functionality. Reports any abnormalities to management.
  • Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs on waste treatment equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Maintains accurate logs and records of system performance, maintenance activities, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensures all waste treatment processes comply with applicable local, state, and federal environmental regulations by implementing required procedures, monitoring system performance, and maintaining documentation for regulatory audits.
  • Obtains and maintains state-required licensing as needed.
  • Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and modeling and helping others with how to adapt to change or new challenges.
