About The Position
GreenSpace Recycling is hiring a Waste Remedy Agent Trainee (Box Truck Driver & Waste Sorter) to join their Puget Sound Team. This position starts at $23.00-$26.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional earnings based on recycling recovery efforts. The role begins at approximately 30-35 hours per week with the potential to grow as routes and accounts continue to expand. This is independent, physical work done outdoors at multifamily properties, suitable for someone who likes staying active and working independently.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of relevant driving experience.
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments.
- Reliable attendance and communication.
Responsibilities
- Navigate daily routes in a company-provided box truck.
- Sort trash and recycling.
- Clean enclosures.
- Handle furniture or appliances.
- Lift and maneuver items weighing up to 150+ pounds.
