About The Position
We’re hiring a Waste Remedy Agent Trainee (Box Truck Driver & Waste Sorter) to join our Puget Sound Team! This position starts at $23.00-$26.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional earnings based on recycling recovery efforts. This role begins at approximately 30-35 hours per week with the potential to grow as routes and accounts continue to expand. This is independent, physical work done outdoors at multifamily properties, so it’s a great fit for someone who likes staying active and working on their own.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of relevant driving experience.
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments.
- Reliable attendance and communication.
Responsibilities
- Navigate daily routes in a company-provided box truck.
- Sort trash and recycling, clean enclosures, and handle furniture or appliances.
- Lift and maneuver items weighing up to 150+ pounds.
