About The Position
This position is for a Waste Remedy Agent Trainee (Box Truck Driver & Waste Sorter) to join the Puget Sound Team. The role involves independent, physical work done outdoors at multifamily properties. It is suitable for someone who enjoys staying active and working autonomously. The position starts at approximately 30-35 hours per week with the potential to grow as routes and accounts expand.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of relevant driving experience.
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments.
- Reliable attendance and communication.
Responsibilities
- Navigate daily routes in a company-provided box truck.
- Sort trash and recycling, clean enclosures, and handle furniture or appliances.
- Lift and maneuver items weighing up to 150+ pounds.
