About The Position

GreenSpace Recycling is hiring a Waste Remedy Agent Trainee (Box Truck Driver & Waste Sorter) to join their Tri-Cities Team. This position involves navigating daily routes in a company-provided box truck, sorting trash and recycling, cleaning enclosures, and handling furniture or appliances. The role requires lifting and maneuvering items weighing up to 150+ pounds. The company values team members who care about quality, safety, and sustainability and invests in their growth.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of relevant driving experience.
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments.
• Reliable attendance and communication.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including: Driving risk analysis by our insurer, Motor Vehicle Report to confirm a safe driving record, Drug screening, Background check, Any required medical certifications (such as a DOT medical card for drivers).

Responsibilities

• Navigate daily routes in a company-provided box truck.
• Sort trash and recycling, clean enclosures, and handle furniture or appliances.
• Lift and maneuver items weighing up to 150+ pounds.
