About The Position
We’re hiring hands-on, reliable General Laborers for a food upcycling plant. This role is outdoors, physical, and fast-paced — perfect for someone who likes staying busy and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. The work environment is outdoors in all weather conditions and can be a smelly, wet, industrial environment. Candidates must be comfortable with physical labor and wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- 2+ years manufacturing, waste management, and or recycling experience
- Mechanically inclined, quick learner
- Can work outdoors daily
- Reliable, safety-minded, team-oriented
- Must be able to pass drug and background check

Responsibilities
- Work around industrial grinders & support machine operation
- Maintain water levels, monitor flow, clear blockages
- Perform general labor & warehouse tasks (break down boxes, organize, clean)
- Troubleshoot machines to ensure no food is stuck
- Keep work zones clean, safe, and running smoothly
