About The Position

Community Concierge Services is hiring part-time Trash Collectors (Porters) to perform doorstep valet trash routes at an apartment community in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The role pays $75 per night, and routes average 1.5 to 3 hours. Scheduled routes are Friday and Saturday at 8 PM, with additional weeknight routes available. Paid training is provided, and prior experience is not required. The role is performed independently and is active, involving walking and climbing stairs. Porters collect residents’ bagged trash and recycling, load it into their pickup truck, and transport it to the property's compactor or dumpsters. Paid holidays and a path to advancement are offered to reliable porters.

Requirements

Have an open-bed pickup truck for hauling collected trash on the property.
Have a smartphone with an active data plan for check-ins and route updates.
Be physically able to carry up to 50 pounds unassisted and handle stairs nightly.
Be dependable and available for evening work on a set weekly schedule: Friday and Saturday at 8 PM; weeknight routes may also be available.

Responsibilities
