About The Position

Community Concierge Services is hiring part-time Trash Collectors (Porters) for doorstep valet trash routes at an apartment community in Spring, Texas. The evening position pays $35 to $60 per night, with routes averaging approximately 1.5 to 3 hours. The schedule is Sunday at 6 PM and Monday through Thursday at 7 PM, continuing until the route is complete. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is needed. The work is performed independently, without customer-facing duties or a supervisor overseeing the route. Paid holidays and a path to advancement are offered to reliable porters. Each evening, the collector arrives at the assigned apartment community, picks up residents’ bagged trash and recycling from outside their doors, loads it into the bed of their pickup truck, and transports it to the property’s compactor or dumpsters. The role involves walking, stairs, and carrying loads up to 50 pounds. Applicants need an open-bed pickup truck, a smartphone with an active data plan, and dependable availability for the specified weekly evening schedule.

Requirements

Have an open-bed pickup truck for hauling collected trash on the property.

Responsibilities
