About The Position
Performs repetitive assembly operations to mass-produce windows either in Vinyl or Aluminum plants by performing the following duties. This role involves operating and maintaining a glass washer, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met, and adhering to safety procedures. The position requires the ability to work in various environmental conditions and may involve tasks that change based on production needs.

Responsibilities
- Removes glass from A-Frame Cart or Rack
- Sets glass on conveyor belt of washer
- Picks up specific LowE glass and runs all four sides through an edge delete table before setting on washer conveyor
- Changes the water filters on the washer as needed
- Flushes the water tanks at the end of each shift/day
- Changes the air filters on the washer as needed
- Tests the LowE detector at the beginning of each shift
- Delivers carts to Glass Washer
- Ensures that equipment used is operable and maintained
- May be required to work at different work stations as production needs require
- Works in an environment where tasks change as varying models of product are produced
- Cleans equipment, floors, and work areas according to safety procedures
- May be required to work overtime as business needs require
- Other duties may be assigned
