About The Position
This fun and physical opportunity allows you to wash big rigs hands-on, meet thousands of customers worldwide, and work closely with a high-energy team of quality individuals! Working for a company that cares about their employees and appreciates them! This is a full-time position with benefits, paying $17.00 per hour plus commission eligibility. The schedule is 12pm - 8pm, with flexible availability required, including weekends.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively to de-escalate any customer issues.
- Must be a self-motivated individual.
- Dependable with reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability to ensure coverage.
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations.
Nice To Haves
- A high school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months of supervisory experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to Truckomat customers
- Process cash-handling transactions
- Hand brush trucks per driver’s request
- Keeping the work area clean and safe for employees and customers
- Supervise a team of Washbay attendants and work alongside them to ensure trucks are washed to our excellent standards
