About The Position
We Haul Wholesome" at Dairy Farmers of America - the leading milk marketing cooperative and dairy food processor within the United States. Our drivers transport raw milk from farm to processing plants. We are passionate about the farmer-owners, the dairy industry, and supplying consumers with safe and nutritious products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0 to 1 year of related experience
- Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Must be able to complete paperwork legibly and neatly
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Responsibilities
- Wash exterior of tractors and trailers
- Track how many trucks and/or trailers are washed daily
- Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
- Perform all job duties according to DFA safety regulations
- Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
- Exhibit the values and ethics of Dairy Farmers of America through honesty, discretion, and sound judgment
