About The Position

This individual will be responsible for the company’s performance in terms of efficient, effective, and timely maintaining of cleanliness of General Equipment’s equipment fleet, both inside and out, to a satisfactory and presentable level to General Equipment’s customers. This individual will also be responsible for operating heavy construction equipment to bring it to and from the wash bay.

Must be able to communicate with management the tasks at hand, as well as the tasks to be completed to gain feedback necessary to complete the tasks
Must be able to think ahead and keep close contact with managers so that information can be communicated in a timely manner
Work in an efficient and fast paced manner
Capable of lifting 50lbs
Able to work in awkward position for extended period of time
Maintain a safe and clean work area
Works in an efficient and effective manner
Must have a positive mental attitude
Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record

Responsibilities

Works safely and uses safe techniques
Maintains cleanliness of equipment, inside and out to a presentable level using a wash wand and shop vacuum cleaner
Completes all paperwork required for jobs
Responsible for operating heavy construction equipment in a safe manner
May perform other duties as assigned as directed by Service Management
