About The Position

This is a full-time position working Wednesdays through Sundays, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. The role involves greeting customers, explaining services, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities include hand-brushing trucks using specialized equipment and cleaning supplies, maintaining a clean and safe work area, ensuring wash quality, and general upkeep of the premises. This is a fun, physical, hands-on role where you will wash big rigs, interact with many customers, and work with a high-energy team in a family-owned company that values its employees.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Cash handling experience or ability to run a register/computer
Ability to stay productive in cleaning, washing trucks, and helping customers
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
Ability to work independently/alone
Presentable appearance following correct work attire
Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
Strong attention to detail and enjoyment of seeing a job well done
Ability to work and communicate in a team environment
Required to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record

Responsibilities

Greeting customers and explaining services offered
Providing excellent customer service to Truckomat customers
Creating a positive experience for every customer by providing "extra mile" service
Hand brushing trucks using high powered wands, scrubbing brushes and various cleaning supplies
Keeping the work area clean and safe for employees and customers
Ensuring good wash quality
General upkeep of parking lot and premises
Reporting any issues with Washbay equipment promptly to the supervisor or manager
