Requirements

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance guidelines, and procedural manuals.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work in hot, humid conditions around loud, moving machinery.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily job duties.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Load articles into washers and add the correct amount of detergent, soap, or other cleaning agents.
Program the appropriate classification for each batch, including customer number and weight.
Operate washers by filling machines, starting cycles, and ensuring proper wash and rinse processes.
Assist in sorting and separating soiled linens by classification to maintain quality standards.
Generate and review production reports as needed.
Clean and maintain washer areas daily to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
Follow and comply with all safety policies and procedures at all times.
Mix dyes and bleaches according to established formulas and apply them to designated linens.
Ensure all count sheets are accurately completed on a daily basis.
Other responsibilities assigned by management team.
