Responsibilities

Keep all kitchen floors, coolers, dish, bakery, and service area floors swept and mopped.
Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures.
Soak and scrub stained cups weekly.
Clean all pots, pans and trays using prescribed proper procedures.
Always keep pot sink area clean and uncluttered.
Clean all equipment in kitchen, coolers, bakery, dish, and service areas.
De-lime the dish machine once a week.
Keep sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods.
Clean all kitchen counter tops and shine all stainless steel at least three times a week.
Empty all trash cans.
Wipe down dining room tables.
Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using “clean as you go” techniques.
Assist with catering deliveries and pick-ups.
Exercise extreme precaution and carefully follow instructions and procedures when using chemicals.
Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
Follow all Parkhurst Gold Standards and Hospitality Imperatives.
Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
