About The Position

The Wash Bay Technician is responsible for preparing and washing vehicles for service, paying close attention to detail and following established procedures to maintain the quality of service and avoid damage to customer vehicles. This role requires the ability to learn quickly, work in a fast-paced environment, and possess basic knowledge of vehicle washing techniques.

Requirements

• Ability to learn new task/processes quickly and accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced while maintaining the quality of service
• Basic knowledge of how to wash a vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Unable to support or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time, including H-1B visas and participation in STEM OPT work authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and wash vehicles for service.
• Pay close attention to debris on the vehicle such as road tar and other environmental particles.
• Washing and claying of vehicles.
• Closely follow instruction, procedure, and process to maintain quality of service.
• Pay close attention to detail.
• Closely follow an established process.
• Properly check and maintain equipment to avoid damage to customer vehicle.
