About The Position
Service - Warranty Tech Job DetailsJob Location: ARLINGTON, TX 76011Key Responsibilities: Assist lead technician Carry, load, and unload tools, materials, and equipment Help with duct installation, sealing, and insulation Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times Assist with basic wiring, brazing prep, and equipment setup Clean and prepare work areas before and after installations Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving installation issues Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior construction or HVAC experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces) Basic mechanical aptitude Strong work ethic and reliability Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods Comfortable working in hot, cold, and tight spaces Licenses & Certifications (Preferred but not required): Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) Work Environment: Residential Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and indoor environments such as attics and crawlspaces
