About The Position

The Warranty Support Specialist is responsible for managing warranty claims, supporting customers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure issues are handled accurately and efficiently. This is a detail-driven, customer-facing administrative role that requires strong organization, follow-through, and communication. Aspen Contracting is a national leader in exterior services, specializing in roofing, siding, and gutters. We serve residential and commercial clients across the country and stand behind our work with strong warranties and consistent service. As we continue to grow, we are building out our Warranty team to support customers and internal operations more effectively.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or coordination roles
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently
  • Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and stay on top of deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Must have basic computer skills (email, data entry, systems/navigation)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, roofing, or home services
  • Warranty coordination, scheduling, or claims-related experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for warranty-related customer inquiries
  • Process and track warranty claims from submission through resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule inspections, repairs, and service requests
  • Maintain accurate records of claims, communication, and outcomes
  • Provide clear updates to customers regarding timelines and status
  • Escalate more complex issues when needed
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with internal workflow and process improvements
