The Warranty Support Specialist is responsible for managing warranty claims, supporting customers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure issues are handled accurately and efficiently. This is a detail-driven, customer-facing administrative role that requires strong organization, follow-through, and communication. Aspen Contracting is a national leader in exterior services, specializing in roofing, siding, and gutters. We serve residential and commercial clients across the country and stand behind our work with strong warranties and consistent service. As we continue to grow, we are building out our Warranty team to support customers and internal operations more effectively.
