About The Position

A Warranty Specialist will manage and facilitate the entire warranty claims procedure. They will need to answer customer questions in a professional and efficient manner. The warranty specialist will process and submit claims through NetSuite and Zendesk.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing of the English language.
  • Basic computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience using NetSuite and Zendesk

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process warranty claims and inquiries through the collection of data, research of claims, and investigation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries or questions professionally and effectively.
  • Determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and company adherence to policies.
  • Provide effective and timely communication to all internal and external contacts.
  • Possess knowledge of the product lines to be able to demonstrate and discuss with customers.
  • Answering emails from customers, gathering needed data to process warranty claims, providing instructions on submitting warranty claims.
  • Perform additional duties to support ongoing business needs.
