Requirements

• Previous residential plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service appointments.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and local plumbing codes.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty and service calls for residential plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect plumbing installations to ensure they meet company standards and applicable codes.
• Complete repairs related to fixtures, water heaters, drain systems, water lines, and other plumbing components.
• Clearly explain repairs and recommendations to homeowners in a professional manner.
• Document service calls, repairs performed, and materials used.
• Maintain an organized service vehicle and company equipment.
• Work closely with the construction and warranty teams to resolve homeowner concerns promptly.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Represent Jenkins Plumbing with professionalism and excellent customer service at every job site.
