Requirements

• Extensive warranty experience (required)
• Experience with Tank-less Water Heaters (Gas & Electric)
• Experience with Toilets
• Experience with Drain Cleaning & Diagnosis
• Experience with Faucets
• Experience with Water Lines
• Experience with Well Diagnostic & Repair
• Experience troubleshooting common plumbing problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Willingness and ability to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
• Extensive warranty experience.
• Service Tank-less Water Heaters (Gas & Electric).
• Service Toilets.
• Perform Drain Cleaning & Diagnosis.
• Service Faucets.
• Service Water Lines.
• Perform Well Diagnostic & Repair.
• Troubleshooting of common plumbing problems.
• Exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
• Maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
• Work independently.
• Excel in a very fast paced environment.
• Work under pressure.
• Adapt to various competing demands.
• Demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service.
• Work in a variety of extreme weather conditions.
