Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and think on your feet
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Working knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices
- Physical ability to perform plumbing work, including lifting equipment and materials as needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Performing plumbing service, repairs, maintenance, and installations for residential and light commercial customers
- Diagnosing plumbing problems and presenting practical repair or replacement solutions
- Communicating clearly with customers regarding the issue, recommended solution, timeline, and pricing
- Completing accurate job documentation
- Coordinating with dispatch and team members to keep jobs moving smoothly
- Promoting the company in a professional and positive manner
- Ensuring all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- Staying current on plumbing products, best practices, and evolving industry technology
