About The Position

McCullough Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated Warranty & Parts Coordinator to join their team. This role is crucial for providing administrative solutions to the McCullough family of air conditioning companies, specifically supporting McCullough Austin, a long-standing HVAC business in the greater Austin area. The Warranty & Parts Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for parts and warranty for Service Technicians, ensuring smooth operations and financial accuracy.

Requirements

Obsessive attention to detail.
Accurate typing and spelling.
Ability to multi-task in a high-pace environment.
Knowledge of ServiceTitan Software is required.
Ability to relocate to Austin, TX 78757 before starting work (Required).

Nice To Haves

HVAC experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for parts and warranty for Service Technicians.
Assist Technicians in ordering parts for repairs and scheduling return visits.
Order required parts and verify warranty eligibility for technicians.
Provide parts pricing and availability information.
Monitor the status of pending parts orders.
Communicate with customers to provide updates on the status of parts orders.
Submit warranty claims and process part returns.
Provide general administrative support and assist across teams as needed.
