About The Position

SuperATV, now part of the Dorman team, is seeking a Warranty and Returns Specialist to join their fast-paced and casual work environment. This role is crucial for managing warranty claims and product returns within a manufacturing setting, ensuring timely and accurate processing, coordinating with internal departments and customers, and analyzing return data for product or process improvement. Requirements

Must be able to lift up-to seventy (70) pounds.
Regularly required to reach, swivel, and carry items from one area to another.
Requires standing and walking for long periods of time.
Must be able to clearly speak, actively listen, and participate in a collaborative team.
High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of experience in warranty, returns, or quality assurance in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Review and validate warranty claims against policy guidelines.
Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to assess product failures.
Maintain warranty records and documentation for compliance and reporting.
Inspect returned products and determine disposition (repair, replace, scrap).
Responsible for repackaging returned products.
Communicate with customer service regarding return status and resolution.
Process electronic warranty claim form utilizing multiple software platforms.
Work closely with customer service, production, and quality teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional handling of issues.
Cross train in roles/responsibilities to enable the department to provide excellent customer service.
