About The Position

As a Warranty Returns Center Operations Manager for Navistar, you will manage the team responsible for check in and validation of warranty claims and/or returned material analysis/inspection, as well as, their associated reviews and supplier return shipments. This role is located at our Advanced Technology Center in Elmendorf, TX near San Antonio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of field service, engineering, product management or reliability experience OR Master's degree and at least 2 years of field service, engineering, product management or reliability experience OR At least 6 years of field service, engineering, product management or reliability experience
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
  • We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Responsibilities

  • Adapts and executes business plans.
