About The Position

The Warranty Services Representative provides high-level customer support across all aspects of warranty service operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, coordinating service requests, validating warranties, and ensuring timely resolution of issues related to products and services for multi-family and large-scale commercial projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in warranty claims processing, claims support, or customer service operations
  • Strong customer support and problem-resolution skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry systems
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and/or ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and manage high-volume requests
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and data tracking

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and service instructions
  • Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional team environment
  • Proven ability to support multiple product lines or service categories
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via phone and electronic communication for warranty-related inquiries and service requests
  • Validate warranty eligibility, process claims, and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Interpret and clearly explain warranty terms, coverage, and product service details to customers
  • Coordinate and dispatch third-party contractors for service repairs and installations
  • Facilitate returns and exchanges for defective or malfunctioning products
  • Utilize internal systems (CRM/ERP) to track requests, document cases, and manage resolutions
  • Assess parts availability and coordinate inventory needs for service completion
  • Perform consistent follow-ups with customers and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Support vendor authorization and service provider onboarding/recruiting efforts
  • Manage multiple service cases simultaneously while prioritizing urgent requests
