About The Position

Our client is a growing, multi-location organization seeking a Warranty & Inventory Manager to support its finance and supply chain operations. This is a confidential search conducted on behalf of our client. The Warranty & Inventory Manager oversees warranty operations, spare parts inventory, and materials management across multiple company locations. This role supports warehouse operations, coordinates inventory held internally and through third-party manufacturing and logistics partners, and manages the warranty and inventory control process. The position is a key resource for ensuring inventory accuracy, warranty responsiveness, and operational efficiency across the organization. This role does not have direct reports at the outset but will take ownership of warranty and inventory processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of inventory, warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory control processes.
  • Strong Excel skills required.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of warranty administration, spare parts management, and logistics coordination preferred.
  • Experience with Fishbowl, Salesforce, and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage warranty claims, returns, replacements, and spare parts availability.
  • Oversee daily inventory control and onsite inventory support activities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions within the ERP system.
  • Monitor and control parts movement in and out of company facilities.
  • Coordinate inventory activities with contract manufacturers and 3PL providers.
  • Conduct inventory audits, reconciliations, and cycle counts across multiple locations.
  • Generate inventory, warranty, and performance reports for management.
  • Support operations, service, production, finance, and other departments with inventory-related requests.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support business operations.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and shipping inventory as needed.
