About The Position
Cool Willy’s is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Warranty HVAC Technician who takes pride in diagnosing issues the right way the first time and delivering top-tier customer service. This is not an entry-level role—we need a true problem solver with strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the professionalism to represent our brand in customers’ homes. If you’re the technician others go to for answers, we want to talk to you.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience (residential required)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (electrical, airflow, system performance)
- Experience handling warranty-related service calls preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Nice To Haves
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems under warranty
- Perform detailed system evaluations and identify root causes (not just symptoms)
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining issues and solutions with confidence
- Complete warranty work accurately and efficiently while maintaining manufacturer standards
- Document work performed and parts used in ServiceTitan (preferred)
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
