About The Position

Jayman BUILT, a builder recognized 27 times as Builder of the Year, is seeking a Warranty/Customer Care Specialist to join their team in Edmonton, AB. This full-time role involves managing customer appointments, coordinating trades, performing on-site work, and ensuring customer satisfaction through adherence to Jayman's processes and procedures. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining Jayman Sales Centres and Showhomes and performing hands-on repairs in customer homes, all while fostering a team environment through effective communication.

Requirements

Strong maintenance skills – Jack/Jill of all trades
Red Seal certification in building trades (e.g., carpentry, drywall, finishing, etc.) required.
Ability to use your own tools to complete required work.
Strong ability to be proactive and adapt to continually shifting priorities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong sense of urgency and an ability to meet various deadlines.
Well-developed communication skills.
Exceptional customer experience skills.
Valid Driver’s license and clean abstract required.

Nice To Haves

3-5 years of experience in the construction and/or warranty field with a general understanding of ANHWP is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments with Jayman customers
Coordinate various trades to complete work as required
Lead with pride in both appearance & behaviour while on-site
Responsible for signing off both 2-month & 11-month service requests
Handling various impromptu or emergency calls
Follow Jayman's processes & procedures to ensure Customer Experience excellence
Service and maintain Jayman Sales Centres and Showhomes
Perform a variety of hands-on repairs in customer homes
Maintain a team environment through high-quality communication with customers, trades and Jayman team members

Benefits

Salary range: $65,000 – $81,500.00

Monthly Bonus: One year sign off and customer survey bonus. Equivalent to 8% of salary – approximately $7,000.00 per year.
Yearly Bonus potential of 5% of Salary - approximately $4,000.00 per year.
