Requirements

• High School Diploma or
• RV Industry knowledge or
• Previous Customer Service
• Strong computer/typing
• Proficient in Word &
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Office
• Occasional time on shop
• Remote Access to Internet

Responsibilities

• Process Warranty claims submitted by Grand Design Dealer(s)
• Process Vendor Chargebacks for non-return parts from Dealer(s)
• Answer internal and external emails – same day
• Phone contact with Dealers with questions on Warranty
• Research Grand Design Parts to verify part numbers match what the Dealer is
• Work closely with Dealer Relations on approved Pre-Authorizations compiling correct information: Manufacture, Model and Serial numbers, Pictures, Auth numbers from vendors etc.
• Work with Regional Service Managers by processing claims in a timely manner for ISP's and retail
• Attend monthly staff
• Work with Vendors on VCB's and Authorizations when they have
