Currently, we have distribution centers in OR, CA, DE, NH, TN, PA, and FL. The Beaverton, Oregon location is hiring 1 Warranty Claim Specialist to help with the Return Management department.

Requirements

  • Chinese speaker required.
  • Knowledge of electronic products, especially PCs.
  • Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Contact manufacturers and submit claims/RMAs for defective machines.
  • Communicate issues clearly and provide/confirm all necessary information to manufacturers.
  • Follow up on claim status and resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of claims and related documentation.
  • Any other tasks/projects assigned by the immediate supervisor.
