About The Position

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented automotive warranty cancellation specialist to join our corporate accounting team in Raleigh, NC. Our warranty cancellation specialists are responsible for verifying cancellation forms for accuracy and signatures, processing cancellations and refunds for warranties and aftermarket policies purchased by our customers within our dealerships, among other tasks. They work closely with dealership personnel for contract corrections.

Nice To Haves

• Prior automotive accounting experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Process cancellations and refunds for warranties and aftermarket policies purchased by customers
• Verify cancellation forms are accurate and completely filled out
• Ensure accuracy of required signatures from the customer and the dealership and appropriate refund selection
• Review and correct accounting schedules for dealerships
• Communicate with dealership personnel for contract corrections
