About The Position

GreenMark Equipment is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty & Campaign Administrator to manage and process manufacturer warranty claims. This role serves as a key liaison between service technicians, management, and equipment manufacturers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant warranty submissions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a service department
  • Experience with basic accounting practices
  • Experience with basic computer functions
  • Experience working cooperatively in a team environment
  • Experience communicating effectively
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers (including John Deere) in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist assigned service departments with campaigns that the manufacturer assigns
  • Review repair orders and technician documentation to ensure warranty eligibility and compliance
  • Track warranty claims, credits, and rejections; follow up on outstanding or denied claims
  • Communicate with service technicians and advisors to resolve documentation or claim issues
  • Maintain accurate warranty records and files in dealership management systems
  • Stay current on manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and updates
  • Assist with warranty audits and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
  • Provide support to the service department regarding warranty-related questions
  • Identify trends or recurring issues and report findings to management
  • May participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
  • Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
  • Maintains knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
