Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in service admin/operations related field required
  • Proficient in Wynne System

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • File warranty claims
  • Correspond with national account vendors and BLE Service Centers on warranties.
  • Ensure compliance with warranty repair policies and procedures.
  • Tracks the records, inspections, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's equipment.
  • Tracks quality throughout the product lifetime.
  • Manage oil sample analysis reports.
  • Maintain telematics.
  • Must be committed to always providing and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the public at all times.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
  • Resolves problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions in regard to equipment product health.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests from team members and management.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
