About The Position

The Warranty Analyst is responsible for analyzing warranty data and identifying trends to help reduce overall warranty expense and improve product quality performance. This role supports the organization through detailed reporting, dashboard maintenance, data integrity management, and analysis of warranty trends, part failures, and recovery opportunities. The Warranty Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that support continuous improvement initiatives and leadership decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two (2) or more years of relevant experience (equivalent to eight (8) years total in education and experience); or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) metrics by gathering and analyzing data from One Warranty and related systems.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy across One Warranty, JDE, and Power BI systems.
  • Collect and consolidate data from Finance, Supplier Recovery, and One Warranty to develop warranty dashboards and leadership reporting.
  • Analyze warranty claims, product trends, and part failure rates to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly warranty reporting presentations.
  • Monitor warranty expense trends and provide recommendations to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support warranty process improvements through data analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in identifying root causes of warranty-related issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders on corrective actions.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of warranty reporting and metrics.
  • Support leadership with ad hoc analysis, reporting requests, and performance tracking.
