Requirements

Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates professionalism in the workplace
Quickly and proficiently learns industry-specific software systems
Ability to be self-motivated and can work independently in a team environment
Must pass a drug test and background check

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in warranty administration preferred

Responsibilities

Reviews, prepares, submits and records all warranty claims in a timely manner
Files and retains all warranty service records as required by the vehicle and engine manufacturers and component suppliers
Reconciles outstanding unpaid warranty claims
Keeps abreast of all warranty policy and product changes including vehicle recalls
Provides the latest warranty information and trains service administration and technicians accordingly
Answers questions and handle any issues that arise
Communicates important warranty updates across the service team
