About The Position
Arrigo CDJR Fort Pierce, part of the Morgan Auto Group, is seeking an experienced Warranty Claims Administrator to join their high-performing team. Morgan Auto Group is one of Florida's fastest-growing automotive retailers with 78 stores.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Fiat warranty claims experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Process and submit accurate manufacturer warranty claims
- Ensure compliance with Fiat warranty guidelines and documentation requirements
- Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and the manufacturer to resolve claim issues
- Track and follow up on claim payments and denials
- Maintain detailed records of all claims and submissions
