About The Position
Motorcycles of Charlotte & Greensboro, a long-standing European Motorcycle Dealer specializing in BMW, Ducati, Triumph, and Royal Enfield, is seeking a Part-Time Warranty Administrator. The dealership aims to provide a premium experience for its customers, from sales and parts to service. This role is crucial in ensuring the service department operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School graduate (or GED).
- PC skills are a plus.
- Outgoing, personable and approachable with a clear speaking voice.
- Able to reliably work Tuesday through Saturday -- minimum of 8-hours per day.
Nice To Haves
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) abilities are a plus.
- Service experience is helpful but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and submit manufacturer warranty claims, ensuring full compliance.
- Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel to ensure warranty documentation is complete.
- Keep in contact with customers while service is being done.
- Filling out repair orders.
- Cashiering customers.
- Assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
