About The Position
Welcome to Motorcycles of Charlotte & Greensboro, one of the Southeast's oldest European Motorcycle Dealers. We specialize in BMW, Ducati, Triumph, Morgan Three-Wheelers, MV Agusta, Ural and Zero. Our goal is to offer a premium experience with what we consider to be the premium/luxury options in motorcycling. From our sales making sure you are on the right bike for you to the parts department making sure they get the latest gadgets you found for your bike, to the service department making sure your bike is in top form, even while you wait, or simply down to just finding someone to talk motorcycling with on any given day we are here. Requirements
- Superior communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to get along with a broad customer base.
- Knowledge and experience with servicing a variety of powersports, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
- Experience with point-of-sale and Parts and Service management computer software or the ability to quickly learn due to general knowledge and experience with computers.
- Current, valid Driver's License with a Motorcycle Endorsement.
