About The Position

Crest Cadillac & Acura is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for processing manufacturer warranty claims accurately and efficiently while working closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, and management to ensure timely reimbursement and compliance with manufacturer guidelines. Requirements

  • Previous automotive warranty administration experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent data entry and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive service operations and repair orders preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on Acura and Cadillac warranty claims.
  • Review repair orders and supporting documentation to ensure warranty compliance.
  • Verify labor operations, parts usage, and claim coding accuracy.
  • Monitor claim status and resolve rejected, unpaid, or disputed warranty claims.
  • Maintain warranty schedules and receivables.
  • Process warranty cancellations and refunds when applicable.
  • Work with Service Advisors and Technicians to obtain required documentation.
  • Stay current on manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and updates.
  • Assist with warranty audits and ensure records are maintained according to manufacturer standards.
  • Generate reports and provide updates to dealership leadership regarding warranty activity.
  • Support the accounting and service departments as needed.
