About The Position

Germain Land Rover North Hills is seeking an Experienced Warranty Administrator to join their team in Wexford, PA. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. The role involves coordinating and processing warranty claims in compliance with company policies and manufacturer requirements, ensuring a smooth and efficient warranty process.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of warranty processes and procedures
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in software applications for processing warranty claims

Responsibilities

  • Process all warranty claims in a timely manner, as the repair orders are closed
  • Review and process all returned/rejected/adjusted warranty claims, track each claim until its final resolution
  • Book the appropriate technicians for the hours earned on the operations performed
  • Inform the technician and department management of adjustments as they occur
  • Manage manufacturers company policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on warranty procedures and changes to manufacturer guidelines
