Requirements
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Professional appearance is a must.
- Reliable and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- Prior RV Warranty Writing experience is desired.
- General warranty claims experience is desired.
Responsibilities
- Submitting proper documentation regarding warranty work to our manufacturing partners.
- Work with internal customers including service writers and technicians in a professional and friendly manner.
- Return defective parts to the manufacturer.
- Monitor account receivable to make sure all payments are received in a timely manner.
