About The Position
Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill Part-Time and Full-time Wares & Textiles Processor openings at our Burton Store located at 4095 E Court St (across from the Courtland Center Mall), in Burton, MI. This position offers a starting pay of $15.00 an hour plus bonus potential and a 20% discount on in-store purchases.
Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work flexible shifts as assigned.
- Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help.
- Ability to reach, bend or stoop and utilize safe lifting techniques.
- Ability to stand six to eight hours a day.
- Reliable means of transportation to report to work on time.
- Pleasant, cheerful and professional demeanor.
- Ability to distinguish colors.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maximizing store sales and help increase the profit of Goodwill.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer/donor service.
- Receive, process, price, and display merchandise as directed and according to policy, procedure and job standards.
- Achieve production standard of 85-100 pieces per hour.
- Provided EXCELLENT customer service with a SMILE!
