About The Position

This role is for a Warehousing and Distribution Support position. The individual will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently. They will also kit materials into various packaging configurations, handle and move materials according to safety and quality standards, and support daily warehouse operations including housekeeping and organization. The position requires cross-training and support in other departments as needed, and performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication and cooperation skills, takes ownership of responsibilities, follows instructions, and meets quality and productivity expectations. Flexibility, adaptability, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement are also important.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Effective communication skills
Basic math skills, including counting and quantity verification
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions
Ability to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds; tools and equipment are available to assist with heavier items
Ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day
