About The Position

This position is responsible for various warehouse operations including conducting cycle counts, stocking items, managing inventory discrepancies, operating machinery safely, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment. The role also requires compliance with company and HSE policies and procedures, and performing other assigned work-related duties.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a drug screen, physical, audiogram, vision test, and background check.
• Must be willing and able to work extra hours, overtime and/or weekends.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and be self-directed when working independently.
• Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties.
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend/stoop, push/pull and repetitive movement up to 12 hours daily.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer skills required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous work experience in warehouse environment and/or inventory control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle count as required.
• Stock items on the shelf ensuring they are properly marked with correct part number and rotate as necessary.
• Notify appropriate departments of any discrepancies and/or problems with material.
• Operate warehouse machinery in a safe manner and report any equipment maintenance or problems to immediate supervisor.
• Expedite overdue and missing parts with appropriate department.
• Prepare shipments including boxing, weighing, labeling, and consolidating orders.
• Submit prepared material and proper paperwork to the shipper for actual dispatch to the customer.
• Pull parts for transfers/manufacturing/sales and document all material transactions.
• Keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
