About The Position

Perform all aspects of warehouse functions while rotating through receiving, stocking, replenishments, and special handling and warehouse operations. Receive incoming shipments of supplies from outside vendors; verify accuracy of items and quantities in relation to packing slip. Stock warehouse shelves with inventory. Operate forklifts, stand-up lifts, and other warehouse equipment while maintaining safety standards at all times. Adjusts storage space assignments to handle daily flow of finished product. Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures for warehousing needs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Performs a variety of tasks. Must adhere to company policies and procedures. Works under general supervision. Performs other functions/duties as required.

Requirements

• High school education or (GED)
• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer, Microsoft office and/or any other software requested by department.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and warehousing required.
• Ability to count, read and write numbers, and read packing slips.
• Attention to detail and ability to find and correct errors.
• Ability to take instruction, follow direction and meet productivity standards.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods.
• Able to bend, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally, using appropriate lifting techniques and tools.
