About The Position

The Warehouseman - Logistics is responsible for the physical and computing flow of raw materials, supplies, and products during reception, dispatch, and internal flow operations. This role ensures the efficient movement and accurate identification of goods within the warehouse, adhering to all quality, environmental, and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Vocational Training/Technical School Certificate minimum strengthened by experience in industry.
  • Must hold a valid Driver License.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse management rules.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on an occasional daily basis.
  • Ability to use hands/arms for repetitive button pushing for the majority of the shift.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. on a constant/daily basis, including overhead pushing and pulling.
  • Ability to use hands/arms for repetitive gripping, pushing, and pulling for the majority of the shift.
  • Ability to read and understand Work Instructions and Procedures related to the area and accurately perform the job trained for.
  • Application must be fully completed.
  • Must be able to pass a Fit for Duty and Drug Screen prior to placement.
  • Able to provide at least 2 working references with dates, names, and phone numbers.
  • Understand that the company has a Zero Tolerance Policy for drugs.
  • Have not been convicted of any violent felonious act.
  • Must pass an interview with the hiring team, as well as the supervisor of the shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Must hold or be able to obtain a forklift truck license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage deliveries and put received products at the disposal of various departments.
  • Handle supplier returns in collaboration with the Quality department.
  • Report and deal with delivery anomalies in collaboration with procurers.
  • Generate component and raw material transfer orders as needed.
  • Supply components and raw materials, and evacuate finished products to maintain a continuous flow for the production line.
  • Participate in improving the flow of materials and products.
  • Supply raw materials to the production workshop.
  • Carry out Level 1 maintenance as required.
  • Prepare orders according to transfer orders, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Ensure dispatch conformity.
  • Apply all Quality, Environmental, and Safety (QSE) procedures and operating instructions.
  • Act in accordance with the ethical rules of the Group.
  • Preserve secrecy and confidentiality with respect to all systems and data accessed.
  • Ensure the packaging of products handled is in good condition and correctly identified.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse and workspace.
  • Participate in warehouse stock takes.
